The design is lovely, I ordered it to small and that is my fault. I will order it larger so the writing can be seen better.

Love it. If I ordered again, I might order something a little larger but for most of my pieces, this one works. Thanks

Unlock the magic of reactive ceramics with the Stampty Leopard & Flower Glaze Water. This premium, ready-to-use liquid glaze is specially formulated to create stunning, organic "leopard spots" and crystalline "flower" blooms during the firing process. As the glaze melts, it reacts uniquely with your pottery, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. Perfect for porcelain and stoneware, this glaze adds a sophisticated, highly textured finish to your ceramic art.

  • Unique Reactive Effect: Creates unpredictable, beautiful mottled spots, drips, and blooming crystal patterns depending on application thickness.

  • Optimal Volume: Comes in a liquid "glaze water" format. Each bottle contains 500 ml (Metric) / 16.9 fl oz (approx. 1 US Pint).

  • Firing Temperature: Mid to High-fire range. Achieves the best reactive results at Cone 5/6, firing between 1180°C ~ 1260°C (Metric) or 2156°F ~ 2300°F (US Imperial).

  • Application: Ready-to-use liquid. Ideal for brushing, pouring, or dipping on bisque-fired porcelain or stoneware.

  • Finish: Glossy with dynamic, textured reactive spots.

3. How to Use (Usage Guide)

You can add this to the "How to Use" tab on your product page:

Step-by-Step Application:

  1. Preparation (Shake & Stir): This is a ready-to-use liquid glaze. The reactive particles settle at the bottom, so vigorously shake the bottle and stir thoroughly before use to ensure the materials are evenly suspended. Do not add water.

  2. Application: Apply to dust-free, bisque-fired pottery. For the most pronounced leopard/flower effect, apply 2 to 3 generous coats using a soft glaze brush.

  3. Drying (Crucial Step): You must allow the glaze to dry completely between each coat. The thickness of the glaze will directly impact the size and spread of the leopard spots.

  4. Firing: Fire in a ceramic kiln between 1180°C - 1260°C (2156°F - 2300°F) / Cone 5-6. Pro Tip: Reactive glazes tend to flow and run during firing. Leave the bottom 1-2 cm of your piece unglazed and use a kiln catch-plate to protect your kiln shelves.
